• Thorough investigation of a scene. (Road markings, -elements, -signs, observations, etc.)
• Thorough investigation of vehicles. (Roadworthiness and damage)
• Photography of a scene and vehicles. (Procedure of photography)
• Video recording of a scene. (Procedure of Video recording)
• Details of involved parties.
• Details of witnesses.
• Details of injured.
• Plan or sketch plan with photo-album.
• Statements of witnesses.
• Quotations of damage to vehicles.
• Copies of Identification Documents, Drivers license, Marriage Certificate, Prenuptial Agreement and death certificates where applicable.
• Name and telephone- and case numbers of police station and investigating officer handling case.
• Copy of Accident Report and plan where available.
• Copies of medical records from hospitals and doctors that treated clients.
• Hospital and doctors accounts.
• Proof of salary for loss of income.

With all of the above a full report will be made of the claim and a recommendation on the merits.
