This includes the following :

Full report pertaining the on scene investigation.
Plan or sketch plan with phot-album.
Statements of witnesses.
Quotations of damage to vehicles.
Copies of Identification Documents, Drivers license, Marriage Certificate, Prenuptial Agreement and death certificates where applicable.
Name and telephone- and case numbers of police station and investigating officer handling case.
Copy of Accident Report and plan where available.
